Did you know that Fish Ball Tagines are an important part of Moroccan Jewish cuisine, particularly for Shabbat?⁣ ⁣ Fish meatballs are popular across North Africa, each country with their own version. You’ll see this tagine in Morocco today made with sardines, whiting or even a mix of both simmered in savory tomato sauce.
