CARLA ZAMPATTI OPENS AUSTRALIAN FASHION WEEK WITH MODERN TAILORING Day one of Australian Fashion Week saw Carla Zampatti present a sharp and confident prêt-à-porter collection under the direction of Alex Schuman. Structured blazers, relaxed tailored trousers and sequinned co-ords defined the runway, alongside crisp shirts and fluid skirts. Leather gloves became the standout accessory, while draped fabric styled as belts added a contemporary edge to the clean silhouettes. Bold colour palettes and refined tailoring once again reinforced the house’s signature DNA — sophisticated, polished and undeniably glamorous.
