Oh college volleyball 🥲 When I was younger, all I wanted to do was follow my older brother around EVERYWHERE (sorry bd2wg). It was truly very annoying of me, but man am I glad he played volleyball. October of 2016 and that first tournament changed my life forever. I felt what it was like to be part of a team (thank you SG Elite 18s Tsunami and smhsbvb), and while my photos and videos were nowhere near ‘good,’ I learned a lot about what I loved. The journey from there was about as far from smooth as you can get, but I wouldn’t trade my experiences for the world. This sport has brought me some of my best friends and gave me life when it felt like I had none left. And ohhh these Bruins….no one will ever know what heart you put into this season. At times it felt like a living hell (see: the torrential downpour in Hawai’i), but I would do it all a million times over — all the tears, all the Doordash customer service calls, and all the late night recaps — just to be with this group agai...
