IT’S FINISHED! 🖌️🎨The City’s Centennial mural, in a project spearheaded by Deputy Public Information Officer/artist Brianne Lorenz, was completed this past weekend! The artwork started as a blank outline at City Hall right before Christmas 2025, with over 50 City employees, Mayor Pachota and Council Members, and Charter Officers taking a turn with the brush in quick 5- to 10-minute painting sessions. Then Brianne worked on her own time, on evenings and weekends, to get the colors and shading just right on Stuart Bailey’s Centennial logo design for Venice’s 100th anniversary. 📷 This milestone belongs to all of us, so come on down to City Hall and take a selfie with the artwork!
