TL; DR — Familiarity has led me to love my little life 🕊️ Last year I was on a flight to a new city and before I boarded I noticed a man in Disney ears and thought about the trip he had just went on. It was a quick thought and pretty much ended at that. Once I boarded I discovered that it was a packed flight and I ended up in the last row of the plane. The final group was boarding and I was patiently waiting to see who was going to sit next to me and it was none other than mr. Disney ears LOL. Although I knew absolutely nothing about this man, I felt really comfortable/at peace knowing he was sitting with me because he felt familiar. I read his body language earlier and it wasn’t a TOTAL stranger sitting with me. He ended up being so kind, letting me use the arm rests bc it was a “quick flight” and he was in the middle and didn’t mind. He laughed and said he would quickly dose off because he spent the whole morning at disney and was tired. This simple interaction made me so aware...
