These ultra detailed images of Jupiter were captured by NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope and Juno spacecraft, revealing violent storms, towering cloud systems, glowing auroras, and the planet’s turbulent atmosphere in unprecedented detail. The bright white oval is the Great Red Spot, a gigantic storm larger than Earth. Some images also show lightning filled clouds and jet streams moving at hundreds of kilometers per hour.
