According to Jung Kuho, ILMU โ€” a bold modern interpretation of a royal court dance from the Joseon dynasty โ€” is where the roots of K-pop can be found. With 50 dancers moving in perfect sync, traditional Korean instruments blended with modern beats, and lighting that turns the stage into a living paintingโ€ฆ even through video, it gives you chills.
