Rashad Murphy, Davion Murphy, Sean Gathright, and Isaiah Chance were all recommended to receive life sentences without the possibility of parole per @fox13news. _________________________ If you recall, Foolio was in Tampa celebrating his 26th birthday in June 2024, when he was fatally shot outside a group of hotels near USF on McKinley Drive. Prosecutors said the men tracked him from multiple Tampa nightclubs before opening fire in the hotel parking lot. Surveillance footage reportedly showed Foolio’s vehicle attempting to flee the scene before crashing.
