The pizza is topped with a ramp cream sauce, grated parmesean, shredded mozzarella, thinly sliced purple and yukon gold potatoes tossed in garlic oil and rosemary salt, undergroundmeats porketta spread, and more parmesean. After a quick bake in my gozney Arc XL, it's finished with a touch more parmesean and fresh parsley.
