Kids eat more when they feel in control 🚜💛 One of the biggest things we’ve learned over the years is that mealtime changes completely when kids feel like they’re part of it instead of being pressured through it. Tiny choices matter. Tiny moments matter. Even something as simple as scooping with a tractor spoon or driving around the edges of a truck plate can turn eating into play instead of a battle. When kids are curious, engaged, and having fun, they naturally want to stay at the table longer, explore more foods, and participate in the experience. That feeling of independence is huge for little kids — and honestly, sometimes the smallest rituals become the things they remember most. 🥹 So yes… sometimes lunch takes a little longer because the tractor has to “clear the road” first. But if it helps build confidence around food and makes mealtime feel positive? We’ll take it every time. (Also the ASMR on this one is oddly satisfying 🤪) #constructiveeating #kidstools #feedingkidscreat...
