My depression hits SO HARD on Saturdays. no matter what I do I find myself with too much time on my hands. The weather is terrible. I think of everyone spending time with family or having fun. I've embroidered until I have blisters on my hand, get constant rejection for my poetry and fiction, and volunteer too. I"m caught up on work. I've watched 2000+ movies since march 2020 and raed 600+ books. Done every ballet excerise video at least 20 times. All chores caught up on. Have 20 finished Substack posts ready to drop. Got mounds more rejections today and had a panic attack and terrible vertigo.
