Glimpses of my life the last month. I moved to a new apartment in Stockholm, and soon I hope I will be graduating my 200‑hour meditation teacher training in June — trauma‑informed, focused on decolonization, and rooted in authentic Tibetan Buddhist lineage. Why it matters: mindfulness isn’t a productivity hack — it’s a practice to meet our actual mind state with care, not optimization. I will be teaching calm‑abiding techniques that help people come home to their bodies, speak their truth, and stay present when life gets loud. I am currently learning from Tulku Pema Khandro Rinpoche’s teachings from the Nyingma lineage, but previously I have been for many years studying from Sakya lineage scholars Buddhist philosophy and metaphysics, also Jungian psychology, altered states of consciousness and lived experience — this isn’t trendy mindfulness, it’s responsibility while honoring the people who made possible all this knowledge to be shared and acquired.
