Today I met the Winemaker of the Year—Mr. Germán Di Césare of Trivento 🇦🇷🍷 (triventowines), honored by Tim Atkin. Hearing him speak about his craft was something special. The level of intention, passion, and respect for terroir really stood out—especially how the vineyards beneath the Andes shape those signature notes in such a distinct and beautiful way.
