BTS drew an estimated 50,000 fans to Mexico City’s Zócalo square after meeting Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum at the National Palace ahead of their “Arirang” world tour concerts. The group greeted fans from the palace balcony as Sheinbaum praised BTS for spreading messages of “friendship, peace, and love.” The sold-out Mexico City shows are expected to generate around $107.5 million in economic impact, according to BigHit Music. Sheinbaum previously called BTS’ concerts in Mexico a “historic event” and even requested more shows in the country earlier this year. 📽️Edited by: Gabe Jung 🤳Click our linkinbio to sign up to our daily newsletter. 📰Follow us for the latest Asian News NextShark
