One of my favorite recipes, grilled chicken sandwiches. All made on the new @Traeger Grills Irontop griddle. I used chicken thighs, but any cut here will work. Mix it with red onions, bbq seasoning and throw on the griddle. I like to finish these with bbq sauce and cheese at the very end and serve them on toasted French rolls. I’m also really liking the new griddle. Super even heat, 4 burners for more control and a large cooktop that’s perfect for any recipe.
