I saw these on thekitchn and knew they’d go over HUGE in my house. I was sooo right.
But I mean, Cmon… pastry, bananas, chocolate bar, chocolate drizzle… How could they not?!!
Also, I never purchased a Kinder bar before… never really even knew they existed, but it’s what was used in thekitchn video, so I used them. I’d imagine any type of chocolate wedged into the banana would work just fine.

Chocolate Banana Boats Wrapped in Puff Pastry

1 sheet of Puff pastry
3 bananas
Chocolate… I used Kinder Chocolate
Egg wash (1 egg mixed together with 1 tbls of water)
Chocolate drizzle (I melted 1/2 cup of chocolate chips together with 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a double boiler until melted)
Preheat oven to 400F.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into long strips, about 1/2 inch wide.
Peel the bananas.
