Vinny officially started rebuilding the dock at one of our Airbnbs… This dock used to be here years ago, but after hurricane after hurricane, it kept getting smaller and smaller until Hurricane Milton finally took the rest of it. So now we’re rebuilding it — but in true “let’s not waste anything” fashion, we’re reusing piles from our own dock and using ThruFlow decking because at this point we’re basically on a mission to make every dock we build as hurricane-proof as possible. The plan is for it to go about 80 feet out to a seating area… because apparently even our Airbnb needs a full backyard glow-up now.
