LUCKI’s new album ‘DRB’ dropped today, the same day as Drake’s ‘ICEMAN’ (and ‘MAID OF HONOUR’ & ‘HABIBTI’). But he never considered pushing it back, because he wanted fans to hear the music as soon as possible. He’s happy to share the date with Drake, joking, “The only thing he did this whole time that pissed me off was the Packers jersey.” LUCKI recently posted friendly DMs with Drake, and he tells P&P, “Most of my fans know that I am a Drake fan, so I wanted people to know. Because, like, people will bite the bait and try to like beef with somebody that motivated them and inspired them growing up, over a date. So I wanted to show that it was not that.” Coincidentally, our new compilation album ‘See You Next Year 3’ also dropped today.
