@IGWE AKA’s new music video for “Wake Up And Get Sexy” was directed in Malibu by fellow artist @Samara Cyn. The two worked nonstop for hours to get the video done in one day.⁠ ⁠ During shoot day at Shangri-La, every artist, videographer, manager, photographer, etc. in attendance watched Igwe Aka strap a Snorri rig to his chest with a Sony FX3 and make the “Wake Up Get Sexy” video for hours.⁠ ⁠ Aka shared, “I think the song embodied the second day of the Pigeons & Planes album. It was just hype to be there, Billy [Lemos] made a fye ass beat. That song was 100% inspired by tequila... everyone got drunk and we just in that b*tch feeling like some sexy individuals.”⁠ ⁠ Samara Cyn directed Aka through the video, which started around midday and didn’t wrap until late at night.
