Arizona DPS says troopers wrote 53 HOV lane citations in just 3 hours yesterday during a morning crackdown on I-10 between Loop 101 and I-17. 🚔 The enforcement operation happened during rush hour from 6AM–9AM as troopers targeted drivers illegally using the HOV lane to skip traffic.
