There are moments when it feels like I’m barely holding on. My body shaking, my mind tested, with pressure coming from every direction.
But this is where the practice becomes real. It’s not about everything feeling perfect; it’s about choosing to stay present in the midst of struggle.
One breath. One grip. One moment longer.
People see the handstand, but what they don’t see are the years of falling, rebuilding, discipline, sacrifice, pain, recovery, and the determination to rise again.
Strength is not found in comfort. Strength is the willingness to continue when every part of you wants to let go.
So keep going.
