One of the accused g-nmen in the 2021 murder of rapper #YoungDolph has pleaded guilty. #CorneliusSmith, who was originally charged with first-degree m-rder, accepted a plea deal to a lesser charge of second-degree m-rder. Smith also faced charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree m-rder, attempted first-degree m-rder, employing a firearm with intent to commit a felony, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and theft of property. Those charges were dropped as part of the plea agreement. He was sentenced to 20 years in the #Tennessee Department of Corrections.
