As turnover season begins, today’s #FirstieFriday features our Brigade Public Affairs Officer, MIDN 1/C Arianna Longo. Originally from Bradenton, Florida, Arianna came to the Naval Academy driven by a family legacy of service and a desire to forge her own path. Inspired early on by her uncle in the Coast Guard and generations of Marines in her family, she chose USNA. A History major in 19th Company, Arianna has spent her time at the Academy balancing leadership, creativity, and community. In addition to serving as Brigade PAO, she has been involved with Lucky Bag, the Bodybuilding Team, and the Semper Fi Society, helping tell the stories of the Brigade while building connections across the Yard. Though she jokingly describes herself as “an all-around grandma,” Arianna’s hobbies reflect the balance she’s found amid the demands of Academy life.
