A father with his 5-year-old in the backseat and gun in the car was arrested for driving under the influence after passing out in the driver's seat at a gas station in Plant City, Florida on May 14, authorities said. His son told deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office that his father, 26-year-old Patrick Voegtly, was "just sleeping." Voegtly was charged with driving under the influence, child neglect, and improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon or firearm. #plantcity #florida
