🎓𝔾𝕣𝕒𝕕𝕦𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕎𝕖𝕖𝕜 ℂ𝕝𝕒𝕤𝕤 𝕠𝕗 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟞🎓 As Sheridan evolved from our Sher Bear into the Sheriff, so did her impact on our team. It was astounding to watch her grow from a quiet, unsure freshman into one of the biggest leaders on our team — on and off the field. We never could’ve imagined early on just how much we would rely on her to light the competitive fire under the team every single day, holding people accountable and setting the standard for what a Division I mindset should look like. Having to prove herself on the field likely didn’t hold a candle to the battle she’s faced with Type 1 Diabetes, so it probably should come as no surprise to see the grit and mental resolve she displayed while working her way from very few minutes as a freshman to a starter and 2nd on the team in points this past season.
