I always loved this little 4x4 painting I did of Baby Yoda with @turnercolourworks on @ampersand_art _art #gessobord all of which you can get at @jerrysartarama. The #ampersandgessobord panels are the only ones I use and have been using these for over ten years. Once you get enough paint on there, it will start taking layers and layers of paint without issue. I’ve noticed letting your layers thoroughly dry. Works best for acrylic wash with other brands. I’ve experienced cracking but not with Turner. My YouTube channel is up and running. I have longform videos where you can watch my process. It does not have any narration, and it’s just me painting. Sometimes it’ll show the pallet as I mix color and apply. Other times it’ll just have a close-up of the painting surface as I paint it in real time. It’s not meant to be educational, but you can learn a lot from watching the process if you’re observant.
