Painting a helicopter has me itching to paint more Transformers! Hey @skyboundent a bunch of my friends did some awesome covers, and I’m hoping to join them! In all seriousness, that would be awesome and unreal. Moving on. So today we’re pressing forward on this commission’s progress and painting the #Airwolf Helicopter! Lots of fun on this one. I’m using #acrylicgouache with lots of paint layers. Painting with Acryl gouache can be easy and difficult, since you have to build opacity through layers. It works best with smaller surface areas. Has anyone used this paint before? Let me know in the comments what your impressions were.
