I’m going to start sharing insights into my palette of turnercolourworks supplied by jerrysartists a few times a month, so here goes! First up, an older work commissioned by xbox through my friends at galleries1988. I typically have a lot of colors on my palette, but in this case I used just these here: blue compose, ultramarine light, red orchre, Naples yellow, plus white, black and pink. I worked red orchre, Naples yellow and pink into the flesh tones. I sparingly added ultramarine light to the flesh. The blue compose color is very opaque and took just one coat to cover the background, which is a win! All paint is sold through jerrysartarama.
