My favorite 80s cartoon character was definitely Cobra Commander. Chris Latta’s voice work for Starscream and CC was fantasticly over the top. Both characters were too funny, which was always good. This was one of my first fully painted illustration in procreate done way back when the #6fanarts was a thing.
