The Mona Lisa has been adored and interpreted by many, and taking on a commission like this yields a lot of pressure (especially when the subject is important to you ). Da Vinci left a large mark early in my life to become an artist and continues to be an influence in my work. I took great pride in painting her, and hope I've done this painting justice.
