Erica here 👋🫶 I want to share the BTS of a big step we took. Like most milestones, it involved hard work, reflection, gratitude, pizza... and the constant thought of our community-all of you. Ingrid and I built our first studio in Brooklyn, and for five years it was the heart of every candle we made. When we outgrew it, we had to figure out how to scale without changing what makes our brand our brand. So here I wanted to share a behind-the-scenes of how we made that transition. Letting go of our Brooklyn studio was a hard decision but it has allowed us to focus more on the things that matter most to us - connecting with you all, developing unique scents, and fostering a strong community of kind humans 🌈🌷 Running a business is hard, but it's easier when you know your values— and ours are reflected here in this video.
