I went to the Ottawa Tulip Festival so the people of Ottawa could enjoy two beautiful things at once: the tulips and me 🌷🐶 I sniffed approximately 400 flowers, trotted around like I personally organized the event, and posed just long enough for a few acceptable photos before continuing my springtime appearance tour.
