I noticed something interesting at Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift. With my experience around roller coasters and ride systems, I’m curious what this device is used for. It doesn’t appear to be an onboard audio trigger like the system used on Revenge of the Mummy. My guess is this could be some type of positioning or detection sensor that communicates with the train and helps guide it into its programmed drift movements throughout the attraction.
