What’s better than one great artist? Two! Meet FAB power couple Elizabeth Buckley-Geer and Steve Geer. 📸 🎨 In their shared studio, you can find her fine art and paintings and his photography.
Originally from England, these two are not only artists but also physicists! They each moved to the US in the ‘80s for their respective scientific careers, finding their way to Fermilab.
Steve’s street photography offers a distinct point of view of Chicago, through reflections, blurs, and shadows. His incredible photos leave you wondering how he got the shot, showcased in his newly published book.
Elizabeth captures the city through a variety of media, including oil paint, oil pastel, and watercolor. A regular member of Plein Air Painters Chicago, she depicts the activity and architecture of the city with charming detail.
