Day 4 of our retreat in Boquete, Panama - we've been without a signal most of the day. Everyone needs to go offline and off the grid sometimes! After a pranayama and Asana practice indoors this morning (too windy outside), we integrated our practice through discussion and then hiked the Tres Cascadas. The weather was glorious, trails rocky and muddy, water very cold, and hearts completely full. Feeling very much fully alive! ❤️ this group, this practice, this tradition, this place!
