A luxury liner linked to a hantavirus outbreak arrived in Rotterdam on Monday, where authorities prepared quarantine arrangements for remaining crew members and medical staff onboard.
The Dutch-flagged MV Hondius had around 150 passengers and crew from 23 countries when cases of severe respiratory illness were first reported to the World Health Organization earlier this month.
Three people — a Dutch couple and a German national — have died since the outbreak began. Authorities said the ship will undergo disinfection procedures.
