DPRK athletes have arrived in Seoul for the first time in 8 years. ⁣ ⁣ The Naegohyang FC women's team from Pyongyang will compete in the Asian Champions League semi-final on Wednesday May 20.⁣ ⁣ The last time DPRK athletes visited the ROK was the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, where they marched alongside ROK athletes for the opening ceremony, and the two nations fielded a joint women’s hockey team. ⁣ ⁣ The visit comes as tensions between the DPRK and ROK are high.
