8.24.25 (4K) | This past weekend I made an early morning trip to Guanella Pass to hike the Silver Dollar Lake and Murray Lake Trail. This 4.5-mile, out-and-back trail actually includes three lakes — Naylor Lake, Silver Dollar Lake and Murray Lake. After a half mile hike through a dense forest, the trail opens up, placing you on the ridgeline and revealing the beautiful Naylor Lake. The trail continues down a rocky path to the remaining two lakes with great views of Argentine Peak and Square Top Mountain. Overall, the hike included an elevation gain of 1,300 feet. #hiking #hikingcolorado
