And today I really enjoyed spending time with some of the leadership team talking culture, leadership, difficult conversations and what it takes to keep building healthy teams as organisations continue to grow. What the founder Luke Saunders has built from one fridge and a simple idea into a company now changing how people eat on the go is incredibly impressive — but even more impressive is the culture and people behind it all. Healthy food, accessible in places like airports where convenience usually wins over quality. Was such a great energy and conversation in the room.
