“Just four years ago, in 2022 ... a deranged young man drove from Binghamton to Buffalo with only one thing in mind: To kill as many black people as he could.  “He shot down 10 innocent men and women who were simply going about the mundane activity of buying groceries.  “One of those victims was Geraldine Talley, the beloved mother of Mark Talley. … He’s a 2007 graduate of Canisius High School.
