We are kicking off Barbecue Summer Camp this morning in the Rosenthal Meat Science & Technology Center! People from across the state, the nation and the world have come to participate in the camp. From backyard barbecuers to restaurant owners, people from various backgrounds have come to learn more about pit design, cutting demonstrations, meat safety, whole hog cooking and more.
