For over 30 years, Master Clothing Volunteer program has impacted hidalgocountytx. While trained #volunteers taught over 300 people how to sew in the last two years, their impact during the COVID-19 pandemic helped those in need. Like many, the volunteers transitioned lessons to a virtual format and created 36 sewing tutorials on YouTube. The volunteers constructed and donated over 600 #facemasks, 120 surgical pillows, 168 burp pads and over 100 turbans to hospitals with patients who needed them.
