My grandmas story is one of the main reasons I talk about true crime today. 🚨Here are a few things to remember: • my grandma served 2 years in prison and was then released. She has been living her life in the same town this took place in ever since. By the time I was born, she was babysitting me and helping me grow up. At that point, she had only been out of prison for a few years - I didn’t find out about what happened until I was 12 • I wasn’t alive when this crime took place. I have recurring dreams about my grandmas house because it’s the same house she lived in when the crime took place. She never moved, so I spent A LOT of my childhood there, and after learning about what happened, I will admit that it did spook me a little bit.
