Every summer, a diverse group of barbecue enthusiasts from around the world assembles on the Texas A&M University campus for one reason: Barbecue Summer Camp. Camp attendees often spend years on the waiting list to get the opportunity to learn the basics of barbecue from the best in the country. The 2022 camp had nearly 750 participants from 32 states and three different countries—all bonding over their mutual love and respect for barbecue. The Texas A&M Today Show features a trip to the annual summer camp and meeting the three meat science professionals, known around campus as the “Three Brisketeers,” behind it. 📺: KAMU Public Broadcasting Dec. 5 at 9 p.m. ▶️: tx.ag/TTep6 📖: tx.ag/TAMUbbq 📖: tx.ag/BBQ22 #BBQsummercamp #TAMU
