Congrats and Gig ’em to the Aggies on the Animal Welfare Judging Team! Eight students traveled to Raleigh, North Carolina Nov. 18-20 for the 22nd annual Animal Welfare Assessment Contest. To prepare for the contest, the judging team was required to learn about ethical decision-making, empathy, connecting scientific literature to real situations and more. The hard work paid off for the team when they won top team and top individual rankings at the contest, further solidifying @tamu as a leader in animal welfare judging and assessment.
