Listen… if you decide you DON’T want to be an entrepreneur and you want a little more peace in life, that’s okay too 😂 But if you’re going to work hard building someone else’s company… TALK to the owner. Let them know you want to grow. Let them know you’re willing to put in extra hours. Let them know you want leadership, partnership, equity, maybe even ownership one day. Owners are humans too. Most of them WANT to retire, exit, sell, or hand the company to someone they trust. Too many people work for years in silence, never communicate what they want, then get let go and leave with nothing. 😭 At the end of the day… you’re still mowing weeds. 😂 You can mow YOUR weeds as the owner… or mow someone else’s weeds as a future partner.
