Real food (just like real expertise) doesn’t need a label.
A steak doesn’t advertise, broccoli isn’t running an ads campaign. The food that actually helps you thrive sits quiet on the edges of the store while the processed junk screams for attention from every shelf in the middle.
Self-proclaimed health gurus run the same playbook :/
AI writes the captions and explains mechanisms of action they never previously understood, peptides build the body they never earned, Facetune fixes the imperfections the camera caught…. The tools got cheap and now anyone can look the part without being it 🤷🏽♂️
That’s your filter right there. The harder someone sells, the harder you should look at what’s underneath. To be clear, the goal isn’t to market less but to actually have something worth marketing first.
Almost nobody does the hard part and almost everyone is an expert at faking before they make it nowadays.
The real thing barely needs selling, it just works, and the right people notice....
