Don’t let ADHD medication stop you from exploring what else might be affecting your focus, mood, and energy. After 10 years on maximum-dose Adderall and a lot of studying/experimentation, I realized many of my symptoms were being amplified by lifestyle and environmental triggers interacting with my physiology.
