Don’t let ADHD medication stop you from exploring what else might be affecting your focus, mood, and energy.
After 10 years on maximum-dose Adderall and a lot of studying/experimentation, I realized many of my symptoms were being amplified by lifestyle and environmental triggers interacting with my physiology.

• Omega-3 intake
• Magnesium
• Stress levels
• Iron/ferritin
• Gut health
• Blood sugar stability
• EXERCISE
