Stepping into @Museum of Chinese in America felt like stepping back into childhood, only this time, I understood the stories in a completely new way. Ed Young’s Bright Worlds explores the artistry behind some of the most meaningful children’s books, shaped by Chinese folklore, identity and personal history. It’s immersive, emotional and beautifully done. If you’re looking for an NYC exhibit that’s both nostalgic and culturally meaningful, this is it.
