Former boy band member, Jack Avery, is breaking his silence after his daughter’s mother, TikTok influencer, Gabbie Gonzalez and Gabbie’s father were arrested for allegedly plotting to kill him. In an Instagram post the Why Don’t We star says he’s relieved his ex, Gabbie Gonzalez is in custody and clarified that their daughter is with him and safe. In his post, Jack says in part, “Right now, my focus is on being the best father I can be.” Adding, “I look forward to continuing to build a peaceful and stable life for her.” Gabbie and Jack were in a custody battle over their 7-year-old daughter. Gabbie’s father, Francisco Javier Gonzalez allegedly told her it’d be cheaper to kill Jack than battle it out in court.
